Return & Exchange Policy

IMPORTANT REMINDER
Please take an unboxing video as soon as you receive your order.
This helps us quickly assist you if there are any concerns. All items are quality-checked before shipping.

Within 72 hours of receiving your item (Valid for both in-store & online purchases).
Accepted ONLY for factory/production defects, such as:

β€’ Mis-stitching

β€’ Printing issues (misprint, wrong print, damaged or faded print upon arrival)

Shipping fees for approved defects will be covered by the supplier.

Return / Exchange Conditions
Items must be:
β€’ With original tags
β€’ Unwashed
β€’ In original packaging
β€’ Clean & unused

Applies to regular & printed/customized items

For Online Orders Returns/exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect the item.

Please note that no change-of-mind returns (including size or design preference) due to hygienic reasons.
